With site design and permitting spearheaded by BME Associates, 2002 saw the kickoff of a plan to add over 70,000 square feet of space, including a new Emergency Department, and expansions to diagnostic imaging, dietary and rehabilitation services. The site, a self-contained campus, adds new parking areas, the relocation of helicopter transport facilities, and significant utility and stormwater management facilities. The project got underway in the fall, with an anticipated completion in 2004.
