BME provided the final design plans, contract documents, and construction coordination for this 35 acre site in Yates County, NY.  The total project consists of 3 multi-purpose (soccer, lacrosse & football) fields, in addition to NCAA compliant softball and baseball diamonds.  Also incorporated into the design and construction were amenities such as parking areas, access roadways, walking trails, and a stormwater management facility.  In addition to normal grading and utility work, this site required topsoil amendment, landscape plantings, and irrigation and underdrain systems specific to sports facilities.  The project involved funding assistance from a combination of government grants, as well as coordination of an overall site work contract with labor and/or materials provided by area municipalities and agencies.
