
Park Point @ RIT Courtyard
The development of Park Point includes a large public plaza and courtyard space, situated to retail shops and restaurants, that encourages active and passive use of the public space. The plaza includes a performance stage and open lawn seating for festivals. A significant attention to design detail was given to the plaza paving, landscaping, and public art.

Fairport Southern Gateway
Concept development plans and illustrative drawings were developed to help the Fairport Southern Gateway Committee's visualize goals and objectives for the long-term development of the Fairport “4-Corners” intersection at Main and Church Streets.

Erie Canal Boardwalk
The Village of Fairport has long recognized the value of the Erie Canal as a tourism and recreation resource. BME Associates has helped the Village obtain significant funding for improvements and expansion of docking and boardwalks along the
Canal, to be designed in conjunction with the mixed-use redevelopment of the former Village DPW site.

Fairport Main Street
The Fairport Main Street Streetscape Plan incorporates several long-term development visions into a comprehensive Main Street
Urban Design Master Plan. Plan elements include pocket parks, streetscape design, site furnishings, intersection treatments, and connective design patterns to help bring a sense-of-place to Fairport’s commercial center.
