Magnolia Manor
A clustered subdivision located in Perinton, NY, Magnolia Manor was the site of the successful “Homearama 2008.” The project’s 152 lots range in size from 1/3rd of an acre to a full acre and are designed to integrate attractive views, trails, and open space into the 216 acre site.
Lakewood Meadows
The Lakewood Meadows subdivision is located in the Town of Canandaigua’s Southern Corridor. Designed to maximize views of the Lake, the project includes 299 residential lots and an open space network, with trails and lake view pavilions, totaling more than 320 acres.
Hammocks @ Timber Banks
The Hammocks at Timber Banks is a 198 unit luxury garden apartment community on approximately 15 acres. The project design was implemented as part of a larger 600+ unit Planned Unit Development. The community features a Nicklaus designed championship golf course and public boat marina on the Seneca River in the Town of Lysander, NY.
Settler’s Green
A 32 lot residential subdivision in Pittsford, NY, designed to take advantage of significant streetscape amenities and “new urbanist” layouts, orienting front porches to the street and incorporating rear garages on many lots. The community design includes a central park area with site furnishings, village-type lighting, brick walkways, and landscaping.
Dorchester Park
Dorchester Park is a clustered subdivision of 58 lots on approximately 116 acres in Victor, NY. Design features include a 16 acre Victor Community Park, numerous open space and neighborhood ‘pocket’ parks, and pedestrian trail amenities.
