
Cobblestone Creek Country Club
Cobblestone Creek is a residential golf community unique to the Rochester, NY region. The 400 acre development includes 275 upscale homes on carefully clustered building lots adjacent to one of the region’s top rated championship golf courses. It is the largest and most significant residential project in the Town of Victor. BME services included coordination with the golf course architect for the complete engineering, design, and construction services for the golf course, clubhouse,
and community recreational facilities.

Keuka College Athletics
The Keuka College Athletic Facility is located on a 35 acre parcel outside Penn Yan, NY. The facility includes NCAA caliber baseball and softball fields, in addition to three ‘multi-purpose’ fields, designed for practice and NCAA competition for lacrosse and soccer. Along with the requisite parking, seating and utilities, the facility site plan provides for future expansion.

Ayrault Boat Launch
The Ayrault Erie Canal Boat Launch, in the Town of Perinton, serves boat users throughout the season on the
Historic Erie Canal. The site includes parking for trailers and vehicles, boater docking, and screening for adjacent properties. The Erie Canal attracts boaters from all over the world and this local launch provides town residents access to the recreational opportunities of the
Canal.

Kennelley Canal Park
Kennelley Canal Park acts as the “Village Square” for the picturesque
Village of Fairport, NY. Located on the banks of the Erie Canal, near Fairport’s world famous ‘Lift-Bridge’ and surrounded by civic and mixed-use developments, the
Canal Park offers a place for both summer and winter enjoyment in the heart of Fairport Village. The revitalization of the park included the gazebo, seating areas, landscaping, and public art.

Ravenwood Golf Club
BME provided complete site engineering design and construction services for this nationally recognized site of the 2003 New York State Amateur Golf Tournament. BME’s role in the project also included the introduction of the golf course developer to the original land owner, significant due-diligence period, site investigation services, clubhouse and maintenance facility design, and complete town and agency approvals. Design challenges included irrigation water supply, storm water management and drainage, and numerous regulated wetlands and waterways.
