Corporate Crossing
The overall Corporate Crossings Office Park consists of 190,000 SF of Class A, multitentant office space on a twenty acre, highly visible site in the Town of Perinton, NY. The design included: multiple tenant buildings with consistent architectural elements, shared parking to accommodate flexible tenant demands; consolidated access; significant landscaping; a multi-purpose water feature; and outdoor pedestrian amenities.
High Point Office Park
The High Point mixed use development incorporates approximately 400,000 SF of Class-A office space, multiple commercial sites, and 72 townhomes on a 106 acre hilltop site overlooking the Victor Hills and Bristol Valley. BME services included environmental review documentation, rezoning, public interface, and complete site plan design and approvals.
Linden Oaks
Linden Oaks Office Park includes a three-story medical office building in the Town of Penfield, NY. The project scope of work included complete site design and engineering, and town approvals.
Omnitech Business Park
Omnitech Business Park incorporates nearly 380,000 square feet of office, industrial, and warehouse space in the Town of Victor, NY. Future development includes expansion to over 530,000 square feet. BME designed an innovative and multi-phased development plan that successfully dealt with numerous site constraints such as steep slopes and wetlands.
