Point @ RIT
Park Point @ RIT is a commercial and student housing lifestyle
center adjacent to the campus of the Rochester Institute of
Technology in Henrietta, NY. The project includes 80,000 square feet
of commercial space and 600 residential units on 140 acres. Sixty
percent of the project area was preserved as open space, including
one of the largest wetlands mitigation permitting projects ever
completed in New York.
Eastview Mall Expansion
The Eastview Mall expansion project incorporated building additions
to the existing mall, an entry courtyard area, traffic and parking
realignments, site landscape and entry improvements, and several
future out-parcel development plans. BME has provided all mall
expansion services for the past 20 years. The mall is the largest in
the Rochester metropolitan region and is located in Victor, NY.
High Point Commercial
This commercial site is part of the overall High Point Mixed Use
project in Victor, NY. Site development plans were designed to
respect existing historic structures, including an original
cobblestone house which was redeveloped into a successful coffee
shop. The project design retains the historic aesthetic while
providing modern parking and access infrastructure.
Barilla America
The 50-plus acre Avon, NY site, for pasta company Barilla America,
includes a manufacturing facility of more than 326,000 SF, parking,
access and loading infrastructure, and a future possible expansion
area. The project involved design and construction coordination with
six independent clients including the Livingston County Industrial
Development Agency, Barilla America, and LAL Railroad.
Cheesecake Factory / Pittsford Plaza
The prime location for the successful Cheesecake Factory was part of
a comprehensive reinvestment into upgrading the Pittsford Plaza
development in the Town of Pittsford, NY. The popular restaurant is
situated to orient to Monroe Avenue and frames the entry into the
upscale retail destination.
