 Through
communication and coordination of all the parties, BME was able to
arrive at an innovative design that enhanced the wetlands, provided a challenging golfing
experience and added significantly to the overall beauty of the project.
BME's creative
approach of letting the site dictate the design means...
- a project that is sensitive to the environment
- a project that meets your investment needs
- a project that meets the needs of the community
- a project that can be implemented
BME's political sensitivities and their rapport with planning boards,
zoning boards and neighbors helps them guide projects through the complex review and
approval process.

BME applies this experience to both municipal and private development
project design. Taking a practical, production related approach to all planning and
design, BME engineers a project specifically to the site conditions and you.
Using state-of-the-art engineering, surveying and land planning services, BME researches each
project in-depth and designs it from a practical perspective.
Each site provides its own unique
challenges involving stormwater drainage, environmental restraints, sanitary sewer
disposal, and traffic patterns. At Cobblestone Creek, for example, BME faced the
challenge of designing a multipurpose water feature when a significant portion of the
drainage basin was contained in regulated wetlands.
