The principals of BME Associates, through their active involvement in the New York Planning Federation; Rochester Home Builders Association; New York State Land Use Advisory Committee to the Legislative Commission on Rural Resources; Monroe County Planning Department; the State Builders Association; National Association of Industrial and Office Properties; and the State Land Surveyors Association, continue to take a pro-active role in addressing legislative and regulatory initiatives that affect land use planning and development. While this commitment is time consuming, we realize the importance of being able to understand and guide our clients through the maze of laws, rules and regulations governing our industry.
