The services that BME Associates provides require a wide range of Civil Engineering, Land Planning, and Survey / Construction skills. Interpersonal skills are extremely important as we often need to convey challenging design / planning solutions to clients, community officials, regulatory agencies and the public.

BME is seeking motivated candidates for the following positions:

Project Manager: BME is seeking a highly qualified and motivated individual to manage site development projects. Qualified candidates should possess a minimum of a BS in Civil Engineering with 10 years experience in site development. Strong organizational, supervisory, and project management skills are required. Previous experience with client representation and design contract management is highly preferred.

Design Engineer: Primary responsibilities include utility, roadway, and complex grading design for site development projects. Qualified candidates are required to be highly proficient in AutoCad 2005 / Civil 3D. Qualified candidates should be highly motivated and team oriented, possess a 4 year engineering degree, and be eligible for licensure as a NYS P.E.

Design / Wetlands Specialist: Responsible for assisting with wetland delineation and environmental permitting in a variety of field and office work, in addition to other design tasks for site development projects. Qualified candidates should possess a 4 year degree in either civil engineering, environmental studies, wildlife biology, or landscape architecture, and be highly proficient in AutoCad 2005 / Civil 3D. Strong oral and written communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and experience in plan / soils identification and NYSDEC / USACOE permitting requirements are highly preferred.
