The principals of BME Associates,
through their active involvement in the New York Planning Federation; Rochester Home
Builders Association; New York State Land Use Advisory Committee to the Legislative
Commission on Rural Resources; Monroe County Planning Department; the State Builders
Association; National Association of Industrial and Office Properties; and the State Land
Surveyors Association, continue to take a pro-active role in addressing legislative and
regulatory initiatives that affect land use planning and development.
While this commitment is time consuming, we realize
the importance of being able to understand and guide our clients through the maze of laws,
rules and regulations governing our industry.
